ISA Board Certified Master Arborist® and owner of Texas Tree Surgeons in Dallas, Texas
I first saw Susan speak at the 2019 ISA International conference in Knoxville and was impressed by her depth of knowledge and obvious passion for fruit trees. Then I invited her to teach a custom webinar to our staff covering the basics of fruit tree care in an urban environment. I wanted more Texas tree care professionals to benefit from her expertise, so I recommended she be a guest speaker at the 2023 Texas Tree Conference given by the Texas Chapter of the ISA. Susan was a big hit, and I know several people who bought extra copies of her book to give as gifts! I am looking forward to my next opportunity to learn from Susan, and am grateful for her generous spirit and love of trees!
Education Coordinator, Organic Council of Ontario
I organized for Susan to speak at the 2024 Guelph Organic Conference and the feedback I received after the conference was very positive. One gentleman shared how wonderful it was to have a person carry on Michael Phillips legacy of organic orcharding. We will certainly love to have Susan speak in the future to share more of her vast knowledge of fruit tree care.
